The oxidized sterling silver and 22K Ohm pendant has 17 small bezeled diamonds in it, and is flanked by a dainty diamond pave heart. Both are fastened by an oxidized diamond pave clasp which allows you to take off the pendants and wear just the heavy oxidized sterling silver chain. This heavy paperclip chain can be ordered in a 16, 18, or 20-inch length.
